1. PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP & SCOPE
This agreement governs the wholesale commercial relationship between PokemonSupplier.com
(hereinafter “The Supplier”), headquartered in Japan, and the “Wholesale Partner” (hereinafter “The Client”).
By applying for a wholesale account or placing an order, the Client acknowledges they are acting in a
professional business capacity and agrees to these terms in full.
2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & CHAIN OF CUSTODY
The Supplier maintains a “Source-to-Store” integrity protocol. All Japanese-origin products are sourced
directly from authorized primary distributors or manufacturers within Japan.
Factory Seals: All master cases and individual boxes are guaranteed factory-sealed. Any evidence of
tampering during transit must be documented immediately.
Verification: High-value assets undergo a multi-point verification process before dispatch to ensure
supply chain security.
3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & MARKET VOLATILITY
As the Pokémon TCG operates as a high-velocity asset market, the following financial terms apply:
Market Adjustment: Prices are subject to real-time market fluctuations. Confirmed orders with cleared
payments are locked at the agreed-upon rate.
Payment Terms: We accept bank transfers (SWIFT/SEPA), approved fintech platforms, and localized
payments via our regional partners. Orders are dispatched only upon full clearance of funds.
Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all transactions are processed in USD, GBP, or JPY.
4. SHIPPING, LOGISTICS & RISK TRANSFER
We leverage a global partner network to optimize delivery. Risk of loss or damage transfers from the Supplier
to the Client upon delivery of the goods to the carrier (FOB Japan or Regional Hub).
Insurance & Compliance
All wholesale shipments are insured for their full declared value. The Client is responsible for all local import
duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees unless a “Delivered Duty Paid” (DDP) agreement is explicitly made
in writing.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the extreme volatility of the TCG market and the nature of sealed collectible assets,
PokemonSupplier.com operates a strict No-Return Policy on wholesale orders once seals are broken
or market prices have fluctuated.
Order Cancellations: Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of payment, provided the shipment
has not been processed. A 5% restocking fee applies to all cancelled wholesale orders.
Defective Claims: Claims for shipping damage or missing items must be filed via our 24/7 Support within
48 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing video evidence.
6. ETHICAL RESALE & BRAND STANDARDS
The Client agrees to maintain the professional reputation of the Pokémon TCG brand. This includes adhering
to ethical pricing strategies and ensuring that products are not sold in a manner that undermines the
secondary market’s stability.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved
through professional arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, or the jurisdiction of the relevant regional partner as
determined by the Supplier.
