Shipping Standards:

Case Integrity: All master cases (such as Ascended Heroes ETB Cases) are shipped in their original factory-sealed brown cartons.

Reinforced Packaging: We utilize “double-wall” outer boxing and industrial-grade security tape for all pallet and multi-case shipments.

Carriers: We partner with leading global logistics providers including DHL Express, FedEx, and Japan Post.
Customs & Duties:

Unless a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) agreement is explicitly made, the Client is responsible for all local import duties and VAT. We provide all necessary commercial invoices to ensure smooth customs clearance.
🔄 Wholesale Returns & Claims
In the professional TCG wholesale market, inventory stability is paramount. Due to market volatility and the nature of sealed collectibles, we operate under a strict B2B return framework.
Return Eligibility:

Defective or Incorrect Items: Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

Sealed Integrity: Returns are only accepted if the product is proven to be significantly not as described or if factory seals were breached during transit.

Market Volatility: We do not accept returns based on market price fluctuations or “buyer’s remorse”.
The Claim Process:

Documentation: You must provide high-resolution photos of the shipping label, the outer carton, and the internal product.

Evidence: For high-value cases, unboxing video evidence is mandatory to verify the state of the product upon arrival.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or a credit memo for your next allocation.
