Order and Returns

For pallet-level distribution, we provide a full “Customs Pack,” including a detailed packing list, commercial invoice, and Certificates of Origin where required to ensure seamless clearance at major ports.
While we ensure all documentation is 100% compliant, customs seizures are rare. In the event of a regulatory hold, our global partners work directly with local authorities to resolve documentation issues; however, the client remains responsible for local compliance and duty payments.
