1. The B2B Standard: Final Sale Policy

Due to the inherent market volatility of the Pokémon TCG and the security risks associated with collectible assets, we do not accept returns for “buyer’s remorse,” slow retail turnover, or price fluctuations in the secondary market.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Protocol
To protect the integrity of our supply chain and your business interests, we require a continuous unboxing video for all high-value case and pallet deliveries.

Verification: This video must show the original, undisturbed factory tape and a clear view of the shipping label.

Requirement: Claims filed without a supporting unboxing video may be denied at our discretion to prevent card-swapping and “friendly fraud”.
3. Claims for Damaged or Missing Inventory
We take immense pride in our “bomb-proof” packaging, but in the event of logistics errors, the following protocols apply:

Reporting Window: Discrepancies or shipping damage must be reported to our 24/7 Support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Assessment: Our team will review the provided evidence against our warehouse’s internal CCTV footage and weight logs recorded at the point of dispatch.

Resolution: Upon verification of a legitimate error or damage, we will issue a Credit Memo toward your next allocation or provide a replacement, subject to availability.
4. Factory Seal Integrity

Returns for Inspection: If a return is authorized for inspection, the item must remain in its original factory-sealed shipping carton.

Voided Claims: If a master case or individual booster box seal is broken, the item is considered “consumed” and is no longer eligible for a refund or return.
5. Order Cancellations

Processing Window: Wholesale orders enter our “Logistics Stream” almost immediately. Cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of payment, provided the order has not been picked or staged for dispatch.
